Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join our Vendor Integration and Claim Intake & Routing team. This team is responsible for processing claims from GCP into RebateArc, applying business rules, and routing them to appropriate vendors or internal invoicing systems. The team also manages response files from vendors and routes the data downstream via RebateArc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust Java and Spring Boot applications.
• Build and enhance front-end features using React.
• Work with Kafka for reliable messaging between systems.
• Deploy and manage services using GKE on Google Cloud Platform.
• Work with AlloyDB and other GCP services for scalable data handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless claim intake and routing processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Proficiency in React for front-end development
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience working with GCP, especially GKE and AlloyDB
• Strong understanding of cloud-based, scalable systems and microservice architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

• Background in claims processing or integration with vendor systems is a plus.
