Position Summary
As a Senior Java Software Engineer with CVS Health Platform Innovation, you will participate on a Scrum Product Team of 6-10 people and work with the team to build high-quality, usable products to customers and stakeholders. You will help educate both business and technology personnel on the agile and XP development process and create products from discovery and framing through iterative development and delivery. You will also maintain a user-centered and business-as-priority approach in design perspective and practice.
A firm understanding of Java development principles and agile methodologies is crucial for success in the role. The CVS health platform innovation r ebates scrum teams are a mix of a Product Managers and UX designers, as well as highly skilled Java Engineers.
We prefer candidates local to offices like Buffalo Grove IL, Scottsdale AZ, Richardson TX, but we may consider remote as well for the right person.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
