Qualifications

• 9+ years in Software Engineering with Java.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Designing enterprise APIs, RESTful services, and microservices.
• Security clearance desired; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Must have strong working knowledge and experience developing Java-based software capabilities.
• Should have an inquisitive nature, responsiveness, and excellent testing skills.
• Must also possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
• Experience with Next-Gen Coding Agents and integrating AI agents into engineering workflows.
• Autonomous agent development for multi-file implementations and automated tests.
• Guide AI agents through complex architectures while auditing generated code for security and performance.
