The Boeing Company in Herndon, VA seeks Java Software Engineers – Developer (Experienced and Senior) to support the Advanced Ground Architecture team across multiple sites including Herndon and California locations. You will design, develop, test, and maintain software using Java, ReactJS, Python, CI/CD in an Agile environment for distributed systems supporting space vehicle command and control.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
• Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems
• 3+ years of experience with Java, C++, Angular/React.js, HTML, and CSS
• 3+ years of experience in software development and configuration management tools
• 3+ years of experience developing software products in a cloud environment
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains software in an Agile execution
• Reviews, analyzes, and translates customer requirements into design and software products
• Develops, maintains, and enhances software products & features for system integrations
• Documents and maintains architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs
• Debugs and resolves issues to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Interfaces with user community to troubleshoot issues and gather feedback
• Implements current technologies, tools, frameworks and regulatory changes
• Develops, establishes, monitors, and improves software processes and KPIs
• Advises on software domains and processes
