Job summary

KPG99 INC is seeking a Java / AWS Software Engineer to support the design, development, and enhancement of high-volume, customer-facing loan platforms within Consumer & Community Banking. You will collaborate with product, architecture, and risk partners in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Required: 8–10+ years of Core Java, Spring, and AWS experience; on-site in Wilmington, DE (Thu/Fri in-office); recent local projects and no relocation. Banking or capital markets background is a plus.

This role sits within a fast-paced, regulated environment and requires strong backend engineering skills, cloud-native development experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with product, architecture, and risk partners. ***** CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT LOCAL PROJECTS AND BE WITHIN A ONE HOUR COMMUTE TO WILMINGTON, DE. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT AWS EXPERIENCE AND BE COMING OUT OF A LARGE RECOGNIZABLE ENTERPRISE WITH BANKING OR CAPITAL MARKETS BEING A HUGE PLUS.
