We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join an elite engineering team building high-scale, mission-critical systems. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, take pride in clean and maintainable code, and thrive in high-throughput, always-on environments.

You will contribute to platforms operating at extreme transaction volumes (TPS), requiring strong system design, reliability engineering, and performance optimization expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java
• Solve complex technical challenges with a structured, analytical approach
• Collaborate with senior engineers to evolve distributed system architecture
• Participate in design reviews and defend architectural decisions with data-driven reasoning
• Improve system performance, resilience, and observability in high-TPS environments
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and continuous engineering improvements

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 / 11
• Completable Future & asynchronous programming
• Deep understanding of Kafka
• Reliability, infrastructure, and performance tuning

Data & Persistence

• Experience with MongoDB (data modeling, scalability, performance optimization)
