Job Summary

A senior support engineer with 8+ years of experience working in 24*7 production environment to work in a critical project for one of our biggest clients in Capital Market/ Wealth Management domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in supporting and managing cutting edge technology applications. support engagement.

Years of experience needed – 8+ years in Application, Production Support.

Technical Skills

• Technology: .JAVA Application Support , should have experience in debugging production issues, handling application issues, load balancers etc.
• Monitoring Tools load balancer:
  
  

Splunk- Should have experience in writing at least basic level queries.

App Dynamics : Should have experience in analysis AppD s, investigation

• Database : Should have knowledge of SQL, writing DDLs, DMLs
• Should have prior experience in executing change tickets
• Should have strong communication skill
• Should have hand on experience on handling deployments. Should have knowledge in Bitbucket, Bamboo
• Should be Proactive in Problem Management an Automation
• Real-Time troubleshooting of critical application workflows and incorporate feedback to product development.
• Good knowledge of ITSM framework.
• Triage s & diagnose/resolve critical issues, manage implementation of changes.
• Perform root cause analysis of critical incidents/s. Initiate and drive the Techlines in case of outages/major incidents/Batch abends and ensure .Service Restoration in the least time possible.
• Act quickly on the application s and Batch Job failures. Should have exposure to batch monitoring tools like Control-M, etc
• Identify manual toil, repetitive issues, and work with stakeholders with improvement plan.
• Knowledge of JIRA, confluence, and remedy ticketing systems
