Responsibilities

• Participate in iteration planning and ensure shared understanding of user stories and backlog items.
• Engage in daily standups and practice paired programming and TDD as part of daily work.
• Contribute to retrospectives and identify opportunities for process or product improvement.
• Collaborate in designing systems that meet technical and business requirements.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
• Provide production support for software products in user environments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across teams and forums (ECC, SWAT).
• Mentor junior engineers on software development best practices and XP methodologies.
