Job description

Our client in the media streaming space is growing their team as they look to modernize their platform. They provide a streaming solution to clients looking to grow live streaming efforts, integrating a technology that allows smooth latency on video.

They are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to join the team and help lead greenfielding efforts on new features that will bolster the modernization. The ideal candidate has:

1. 8+ years of Java experience
2. 6+ years of AWS experience
3. 1+ year of Golang experience (a huge plus)

They are in the Buckhead Atlanta area, and candidates must be local and able to come in 2 days per week.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years Java experience
2. 6+ years working with AWS
3. Experience developing large-scale microservice cloud applications
4. Lots of experience with Spring
5. Cloud experience in AWS (open to GCP/Azure, as well)
6. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
