Tech Mirrors is seeking a highly experienced Java Platform Architect to lead the architecture of an enterprise integration platform in Reading, PA (Remote). You will own the platform roadmap, drive modernization, and mentor engineering teams across multiple domains.

The ideal candidate blends deep expertise in enterprise integration, distributed systems, and cloud architecture with a passion for reusable frameworks and developer productivity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications and distributed systems.
• 7+ years of architecture, technical leadership, or platform engineering experience.
• Proven experience owning, supporting, and evolving enterprise frameworks or shared platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading technical initiatives across multiple development teams.
• Experience designing and implementing highly scalable, mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and evolve the enterprise Poller and Integration Framework across multiple apps.
• Define and execute platform roadmap, architecture vision, and modernization strategy.
• Design reusable platform components, libraries, SDKs, and integration frameworks.
• Establish architectural standards, guidelines, patterns, and best practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical leadership on integration solutions.
