Formación

• 5+ years of Java/J2EE, Spring stack development.
• Strong Linux background and shell scripting experience.
• Concurrency and multi-threading expertise essential.
• Troubleshooting JVM issues including GC and memory management.
• Experience with resiliency patterns like Circuit Breakers and Load Balancers.

Responsabilidades

• Code performance test scripts in Core Java and Unix shell/Python frameworks.
• Develop tooling, mock services, and support performance initiatives.
• Gather performance requirements with project owners and stakeholders.
• Write and execute performance test plans; monitor behavior and bottlenecks.
• Collect system performance metrics and propose resiliency improvements.
• Provide solutions for production monitoring and scalable client experiences.
• Understand complex codebases to deliver effective, scalable optimizations.
• Collaborate with Performance QA to stress test and identify limits.
