Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Project Lead 1 in the United States to drive telecom OSS program delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across OSS/BSS, cloud-native stacks, and microservices while ensuring adherence to SDLC processes and client requirements.

In this role, you will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, lead solution architecture reviews, and mentor delivery teams to achieve high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Strong OSS domain expertise with hands-on experience in service fulfillment, service assurance, inventory management, order management, and network provisioning.
• Full stack experience: Frontend Angular/React; Backend Java with Spring Boot and microservices; RESTful API design.
• Experience designing/implementing microservices-based enterprise apps; deep Java ecosystem knowledge (Spring, Hibernate).
• Cloud-native architecture with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift); CI/CD with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• Relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) and OSS integrations; API gateways and event-driven architectures.
• Leadership in solution architecture, design reviews, and leading development teams; familiar with TM Forum APIs and telecom standards.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience; excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication; technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource gaps to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise between technical teams and clients with regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support SDLC processes to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and specs.
• Monitor deliverables across phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope and strategy; manage scope changes and client sign-offs.
