Job summary

Ipolarity LLC, in partnership with Morgan Stanley, seeks a Sr Java Developer for onsite work in Alpharetta, GA. You will lead microservices design, build RESTful services, and guide a development team to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires 4–10 years of Java experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Oracle/PLSQL expertise. Prior domain knowledge in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with Kafka, Oracle, and PL/SQL for data processing and integrity.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST Web Services for scalable app development.
• Deep Core Java knowledge for integration and performance.
• Domain knowledge in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture.
• Oversee development and deployment of RESTful web services.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Ensure Kafka is integrated for real-time data streaming and processing.
• Utilize Oracle/PL-SQL for database management and performance tuning.
• Implement Spring Boot and Spring Core frameworks to improve modularity.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards.
