Job summary

You will architect microservices with Spring Boot, build REST APIs, and mentor offshore teams while collaborating with business stakeholders to refine requirements.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience, strong OOP and data-structures knowledge, and a proven track record in DevOps, CI/CD, and AWS log analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-grade applications.
• 8+ years in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, MySQL.
• Experience with AWS log analysis and CloudWatch.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline creation.
• Experience in design and architecture review.
• Production support and troubleshooting.
• Strong OOP concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience leading offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
• Architect and develop Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Review, analyze, and troubleshoot application logs in AWS environments.
• Monitor production apps and perform root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Identify permanent solutions for repeating incidents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Mentor offshore developers and provide technical leadership.
• Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architecture.
• Support deployment activities and work with DevOps in CI/CD environments.
