Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications and services. The role focuses on microservices, REST/SOAP web services, and enterprise integration within a dynamic team environment.

The ideal candidate will mentor junior developers, work with AWS services, Kafka, and Redis to optimize performance, and collaborate with product managers and DevOps from initial design through deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of Java development and integration experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise services and microservice concepts.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Batch.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed design, development, unit testing, and integration of applications.
• Develop scalable, flexible, and high-quality code that meets requirements.
• Create and maintain design and systems documentation for services and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
