Job summary

Photon is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to define technology vision and strategy for a key domain. You will be the single point of contact between IT and the business, coordinating design, planning and execution with stakeholders across the organization.

Lead development teams, shape roadmaps with Product and Architecture peers, and present complex proposals to technical and non-technical audiences. Deep AWS, microservices, Java/Spring, SQL/NoSQL, and Kafka expertise required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of solution architecture experience with design of APIs and epics/stories for developers.
• Lead experience: 5+ years as lead.
• Strong AWS, Java/Spring, SQL/NoSQL, and Kafka proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define technology vision and strategy for a solution or domain, acting as SPOC between IT and business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solution for business capability.
• Shape product roadmap and delivery with Product/Engineering Architects.
• Present complex proposals to technical and non-technical audiences.
