Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java/J2EE development, with 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, MQ, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, multithreading, concurrency, design patterns, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Provide technical leadership to Java teams, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure solutions for high-volume financial transactions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, distributed services, messaging, and third-party systems.
• Mentor developers and contribute to architecture decisions and engineering documentation.
