Citi is seeking a Senior Java Developer to lead critical enterprise applications in a global tech environment. You will design, build, and drive scalable Java-based solutions while guiding a team of developers and aligning with architectural standards.

You will work on RESTful services using Spring, manage Oracle/SQL and MongoDB, and leverage OpenShift/Kubernetes, Gradle/Maven, Kafka, and IBM MQ in a fast-paced, Agile setting.

Formación

• Hands-on Java development with RESTful APIs using Spring or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL and MongoDB databases.
• Cloud experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes; build tools Gradle or Maven.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines; Jenkins and Grafana.
• Solid SDLC knowledge and Agile delivery practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build Java-based applications and RESTful APIs meeting performance and reliability standards.
• Lead technical analysis of complex processes and translate findings into scalable software solutions.
• Define and enforce development standards across coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams to identify system enhancements and new products.
• Mentor mid-level developers and distribute work to the team effectively.
• Ensure designs align with the architecture blueprint and security requirements.
