The role operates in an Agile environment, collaborating with architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders, while mentoring junior developers and producing precise technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Java/JEE development experience.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security, Data).
• Strong knowledge of ORM (Hibernate/JPA) and relational DBs (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with microservices design patterns and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications using Java EE/JEE on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
• Build RESTful and SOAP APIs, microservices, and enterprise service integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices across the team.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation including design specs, runbooks, and API docs.
