Job summary

TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to analyze and build multi-tier Java/Angular applications for the State. You will design, implement, and document use cases, interfaces, and services while ensuring ADA compliance and robust testing.

The role involves cloud deployments on GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration across teams. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Java, Angular, REST/SOAP, SQL/DB2, GitHub/GitLab, and cloud platforms, plus strong

Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.

60 months of experience developing Java-based, multi-tier web applications using J2EE or Spring Boot, industry-standard design patterns, and agile methodologies.
48 months of experience developing Angular user interfaces, reusable components, and accessible web applications that meet ADA or WCAG requirements.
48 months of experience developing and integrating REST or SOAP services, backend business services, batch jobs, and application interfaces.
24 months of experience developing complex relational database queries and data-access components using SQL, DB2, Hibernate, JPA, or comparable technologies.
36 months of experience using GitHub or GitLab repositories and CI/CD pipeline technologies for automated build, test, and deployment activities.
24 months of experience developing or supporting applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform or another enterprise cloud platform, including configuring Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) like Cloudflare or Akamai, and managing external file hosting/storage solutions.
24 months of experience analyzing and documenting existing application designs, enhancement roadmaps, technical debt, or system functionality.
24 months of experience configuring web servers (such as Apache, Nginx, or IIS) to manage complex URL redirects and rewrite rules, and integrating/securing third-party embedded content (such as Tableau dashboards or external widgets) using CORS, CSP, or Single Sign-On (SSO)

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and document required use cases.
Develop accessible user-interface screens, reusable components, and application frameworks using Angular and Java technologies, with emphasis on ADA compliance.
Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web services and integrate application components into end-to-end business processes.
Develop complex SQL and data-access components for DB2 and other relational databases, including object-relational mapping frameworks.
Perform unit, integration, regression, and performance testing; identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
Use GitHub or GitLab repositories and CI/CD pipelines to support controlled software builds, testing, and deployments.
Deploy, support, and maintain applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other enterprise cloud platforms, including configuring Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and managing cloud storage.
Configure and secure web servers (such as Apache or Nginx) to manage URL redirects/rewrites, and integrate third‑party embedded content using CORS, CSP, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Create and maintain technical designs, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, system documentation, and operational support procedures.
Conduct code reviews and mentor State staff in modern application‑development practices.
