Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Dallas, TX, is seeking a hands-on Senior Java Tech Lead to design, develop and scale enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Microservices. You will lead end-to-end delivery, integrate REST and SOAP services, and guide front-end teams with Angular/React, while shaping GenAI/LLM-powered solutions on Azure/AWS.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Java/J2EE, strong cloud and CI/CD experience, and a proven track record of technical leadership and architectural

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• Strong Spring Boot, MVC, Security and Microservices expertise.
• Experience building REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise applications.
• Frontend experience with Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on Azure/AWS, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong hands-on experience in GenAI, LLM integration, and Agentic AI development.
• Experience with OpenAI, Spring AI, LangChain4j, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Develop frontend applications using Angular/ReactJS.
• Design and implement scalable cloud solutions on Azure/AWS.
• Develop and integrate GenAI/LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, and AI agents.
• Lead technical design, development, testing, and end-to-end implementation.
• Ensure application performance, security, and code quality.
• Strong technical leadership, ownership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to independently manage requirements, lead teams, and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Must be a hands-on Technical Lead capable of delivering solutions from Day 1 without constant guidance.
