Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Technical Lead to architect and deliver enterprise Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices.

You will lead design, development, and end-to-end delivery of REST/SOAP services, frontend apps, and cloud deployments on Azure/AWS, with a strong focus on GenAI/LLM integrations and AI agents. This role demands hands-on leadership from Day 1 and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE development experience.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience developing REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise applications.
• Frontend experience with Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong hands-on experience in GenAI, LLM integration, and Agentic AI development.
• Experience with OpenAI, Spring AI, LangChain4j, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Develop frontend applications using Angular/ReactJS.
• Design and implement scalable cloud solutions on Azure/AWS.
• Develop and integrate GenAI/LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, and AI agents.
• Lead technical design, development, testing, and end-to-end implementation.
• Ensure application performance, security, and code quality.
• Strong technical leadership and ownership for delivery.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Independently manage requirements, lead teams, and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Be a hands-on Technical Lead delivering solutions from Day 1.
