Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and support scalable software across the full stack. You will join a cross-functional Agile team, work through the SDLC, and mentor teammates. Strong Java/JEE, RESTful APIs, and cloud experience are required.

The role supports on-site and remote work; W2 employment includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with matching, and life insurance benefits. Rate: $70–$80/hr on W2.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Java and JEE development experience.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integrations.
• Experience with microservices and distributed architectures.
• Front-end tech know-how: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Vue, or React.
• Cloud-native apps development, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices.
• Work across the full stack including front-end and database layers.
• Utilize CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.
