Accord Technologies Inc in Missouri is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to design and build a next-generation payment decision platform. This hands-on role requires writing code daily, prototyping, and leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate delivery with high quality.

You will work with senior engineers, architects, and product managers to deliver fast, reliable, and cost-efficient software that scales to billions of transactions, in a hybrid office setup near O'Fallon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels and with customers.
• Proficient with Java/J2EE stack and databases (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
• Experience with SOAP/REST, WebSphere/JBoss/Tomcat, HTML/JS, React/Angular, and IDEs.
• Experience with Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Chef, Sonar; Waterfall/Agile.
• Experience with GenAI integration and AI-assisted coding.

Responsabilités

• Develop enterprise apps using Java stack with Angular/React front-end.
• Gather and refine business requirements.
• Align designs with Client Enterprise Architecture and services.
• Ensure development meets business needs.
• Document projects per standards.
• Aim for zero downtime in production.
• Collaborate with partners on roadmaps and direction.
• Address operational concerns for future programs and enhancements.
• Support PCI, GLBA, Safe Harbor compliance.
• Provide guidance on performance and architecture.
• Improve platform resilience, security, and scalability.
• Use AI tools daily in development (Claude Code, Copilot).
