Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Senior/Lead Java Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Enterprise Unified Communications and Voice Technology to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on the M365 Data Migration - SharePoint initiative, requiring strong Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Node.js, Spring, RESTful services, and SQL skills for building automated provisioning and productivity tools in enterprise settings.

The position is onsite with cross-functional collaboration to design, develop, and integrate

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Node.js, Spring, J2EE design patterns, SQL, and RESTful services.
• Experience across the full SDLC with a track record in enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, microservices, security, high availability, distributed systems, and multi-threading.
• Proficiency with Unified Communications and Middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives by analyzing user requirements for Real Time Communication apps.
• Design and develop UIs and services, set priorities, and conduct testing.
• Create automated provisioning applications for financial and banking environments.
• Produce low-level designs for integration with voice technologies.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities across environments.
• Collaborate with SMEs and vendors to support Voice Recording solutions.
• Develop documentation and security controls for platform operations.
