Job summary

StradIT is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to own end‑to‑end stories from refinement through production support. You will work as a trusted squad engineer with strong front-end (Angular/React) and back-end (Java/Spring Boot) capabilities, building REST APIs, integrating with microservices, and enabling robust, scalable enterprise applications.

Expect strong SQL skills, Kafka messaging, Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes, and a focus on secure coding and audit/compliance in a regulated financial

Qualifications

• Typically 5–8 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Independently handles complex features with minimal guidance.
• End-to-end ownership from refinement to production support.
• Experience as a go-to engineer within a squad, not yet enterprise architect.
• AI tools like Kiro or AWS a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintainable UI components and integrate with backend APIs.
• Work with Angular or React, focusing on state management and accessibility.
• Design and implement production-grade REST APIs in Java/Spring Boot.
• Leverage microservices, messaging (Kafka), and logging/monitoring for reliability.
• Ensure secure coding and compliance in a regulated environment.
