Job summary

TSR Consulting is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer (C13) to join our dynamic team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, microservices, and distributed systems to architect, design, and deliver secure, scalable enterprise applications end to end.

You will lead design and implementation of full stack apps, own delivery lifecycle, enforce best practices, and mentor developers while driving CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable full stack and microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
• Backend API design and distributed systems expertise.
• Frontend development with React or Angular, HTML5, CSS.
• SQL/PLSQL with relational databases (Oracle preferred).
• CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Own delivery lifecycle from requirements and design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Define and enforce coding, testing, debugging, and implementation best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Resolve complex technical challenges through analysis of business processes and system flows.
• Provide architectural guidance to ensure scalability, resilience, performance, and security.
• Lead development of microservices and APIs, including REST and GraphQL, and cloud-native solutions.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Mentor and coach developers, providing technical leadership and oversight.
• Contribute to strategic planning, system enhancements, and process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to risk, governance, and compliance standards while managing operational risks.
