Job summary

GoIntellects Inc. is seeking a Senior Java Developer in Washington, DC, to design, develop, and deploy scalable Java applications using Spring technologies and REST APIs.

The role requires deep knowledge of Java/J2EE, Agile practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet enterprise standards. The Senior Developer will write clean, scalable code, refactor and debug, and contribute to documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Spring – Java Config, Dependency Injection experience.
• Spring Integration Development experience.
• Spring Web Services Development experience.
• Extensive documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy Java applications using Spring and J2EE.
• Refactor and debug code; improve existing JAVA applications.
• Collaborate with teams to design software and architecture.
• Provide technical support to stakeholders; coordinate developers as needed.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across integrated systems.
• Deliver industry-specific integration with statewide or related systems.
