Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional Java development experience building enterprise apps.
• Strong Spring Boot, REST APIs, and backend design experience.
• Oracle DB experience with SQL, data modeling and performance tuning.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, testing and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support backend apps using Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, REST APIs.
• Build scalable services and backend components for critical workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code; participate in reviews and release readiness.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement durable fixes.
• Create technical docs and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, resiliency, observability, and efficiency.
