The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with Java and knowledge of the Spring ecosystem, and contribute to backend optimizations as well as participate in GenAI research.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial software development with Java.
• Deep knowledge of Spring ecosystem and reactive programming.
• Understanding of distributed systems and performance tuning.
• Strong English skills (B2) for collaboration.
• Commercial experience with Go (Golang) preferred.
• Experience with high-load and Big Data tools.
• Interest in LLMs and AI orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with frontend development.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain real-time advertising bidding systems.
• Optimize backend services using Java and Go.
• Build data-intensive architectures and manage messaging.
