Qualifications

• Experience through all phases of SDLC from requirements to release.
• Design and implement distributed systems with focus on consistency, availability and partial failure.
• Experience with system-level programming incl. threading and socket I/O.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, test and implement applications per state and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation per team standards.
• Monitor performance and stability of applications.
• Provide on-call support and troubleshooting.
• Develop/validate/maintain business recovery procedures.
