Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years.
• Experience with Java and Enterprise Java technologies.
• Experience with Java Beans, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Experience with SQL databases and PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing front-end applications using JavaScript and React.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and Agile methods.
• Ability to independently execute assignments and provide technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mission-critical cybersecurity management applications.
• Develop enterprise software solutions using Java, Enterprise Java, Java Beans, Spring, Hibernate, and React.
• Build and maintain database-driven applications with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
• Develop secure application code following cybersecurity best practices.
• Integrate and support REST-based services, APIs, and interfaces.
• Analyze requirements and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to Agile development activities including planning, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support continuous improvement and AI-driven technology opportunities to enhance products.
