Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years in software development using Java technologies.
• Proven AI design, development, and implementation experience with LLM and generative AI.
• Experience on public sector/government projects.
• Experience in digital transformation / enterprise app development / modernization.
