You will leverage AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Bedrock, and other cloud technologies throughout the SDLC to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed, while aligning with firm standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise-grade distributed applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies throughout the SDLC.
• Proficient in Python and scripting for automation and AI workflows.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, RESTful API, and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of OO design, data structures, and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects by coordinating cross-functional teams across locations.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to resolve complex programming challenges.
• Review specifications, architecture documents, and design artifacts.
• Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
• Stay current with industry trends, cloud technologies, and AI-driven development approaches.
• Support production applications and participate in on-call rotations when required.
