Cognizant in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Senior Java Engineer with Agentic AI for a hybrid role. You will design robust big data solutions using Java, develop backend services, and integrate agentic AI to automate complex decision workflows.

The position requires collaboration with architects and product teams, mentoring, and strong secure coding practices. The salary range is $62k–$112k annually with the potential for discretionary incentives, and a 3-day-per-week in-office hybrid arrangement

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and implementing big data solutions.
• Strong programming in core Java and Java 8 features.
• Experience integrating agentic AI frameworks into enterprise apps.
• Familiarity with inbound logistics like order routing and stock movements is a plus.
• Knowledge of modular, scalable, testable software design.
