• Perform all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, application design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to design and build scalable, distributed solutions for a positive user experience.
• Transform monolithic applications into modern microservices-driven solutions.
• Integrate new features with third-party systems via APIs.
• Optimize frontend applications for responsiveness.
• Document code and assist troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts.
• Provide thought leadership and uphold best practices in system design and development.

Technical Skills:

• Core and advanced Java (JDK8 or higher).
• Experience with Spring Boot, relational databases, and caching solutions.
• Proficiency in unit, functional, integration, and contract testing.
• Experience with external system/API integration, high availability, scaling, resiliency, and system maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently across environments.
• Quick learner and adaptable to new projects or domains.
• Ability to work as an SME on features/epics and provide quality code reviews.
