• Knowledge of design patterns and software architecture.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Fortify, and Sonatype.
• Strong Test-Driven Development (TDD) skills.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring of development teams.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
