Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, business, or related field.
• 5+ years Java development experience; retail/insurance a plus.
• Strong OOP and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform applications.
• Perform complex programming: coding, unit testing, debugging.
• Collaborate with business, architects, and technical teams to define requirements and priorities.
• Manage system processes, enhancements, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Follow SDLC processes and contribute to project planning and estimation.
• Analyze data needs, workflows, interfaces, and outputs.
• Support new business capabilities and system issue resolution.
• Evaluate feasibility, costs, timelines, and integration with existing systems.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability targets are met.
