Job summary

Expert Technology Services seeks a senior-level developer to support NC FAST Operations and Maintenance for DHHS. You will develop and implement NC FAST solutions using Ram Software and serve as the on-site contact for development questions. Collaboration with Senior Technical Consultants, JAD sessions, and lifecycle management are key.

• Experience with government IT environments is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior-level developer to support NC FAST Operations and Maintenance.
• Develop and implement NC FAST solutions using Ram Software.
• Be the on-site point of contact for development questions and issues.
• Collaborate with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development.
• Participate in JAD sessions and lifecycle management for NC FAST.
• Model business workflows and reengineer processes using Ram.
• Utilize Ram Enterprise Framework Components, IEG2, CERT, Oracle, XML, Subversion, WebSphere.
• Report project statuses to the NC FAST Project Manager and follow DHHS policies.
• Translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation using MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Apply knowledge in Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, XSL, Eclipse, HTML, CSS, SOAP, WSDL.
• Preferred experience with Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Oracle, AWS/cloud, Python, JavaScript, IBM WebSphere, state government IT functions.
• Desired experience with the Ram Child Care Module and Curam Web Services.
