Santander is seeking a Senior Java Developer (ION) to join our Madison, NJ team. You will contribute across multiple complex applications, lead architectural decisions, and drive performance improvements in a highly available environment.

The role requires 9+ years of Java backend experience, proficiency with Spring Boot/JPA/REST, CI/CD (Jenkins), and strong SQL skills. Financial services background and cloud familiarity are highly valued.

The Senior Developer operates with a high degree of autonomy, provides deep technical expertise across systems and components, and contributes to architectural decisions and delivery strategy.
