Job summary

TalentOla seeks a Sr. Java Developer to join an onsite Plano team, delivering enterprise platform services. You will design, build, and operate secure, scalable systems supporting analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.

You will work with domain and operations teams, drive automation, and improve code quality through reviews and secure coding standards in a collaborative, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on system design, development, testing, and production stability.
• Proficient in Java with Spring and Spring Boot, microservices and REST API development.
• Experience with enterprise-scale applications in large corporate environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, security fundamentals, and application resiliency.
• Knowledge of cloud deployments (hybrid or cloud environments) and data pipelines.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions with Java, Spring, and microservices.
• Create secure production code for microservices and REST APIs and maintain integration components.
• Produce architecture artifacts and ensure design constraints are met.
• Analyze large datasets to improve performance, resiliency, and stability.
• Identify issues in code/logs/data and improve quality and scalability.
• Contribute to engineering communities and promote inclusive team culture.
• Leverage AI coding assist tools to improve quality and speed, with peer review.
• Adopt SDLC tools and automation to enhance value across build, test, release, and operate.
