Job summary

Stellent IT LLC seeks an experienced Java Developer to join a team delivering enterprise web applications for financial services. The role emphasizes full-stack capabilities, API design, and a modern tech stack in an Agile environment.

You will contribute to distributed systems, manage cloud deployments, and collaborate with engineers to deliver robust brokerage solutions for thousands of Advisors and their clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on AWS, Java, Oracle development experience supporting distributed applications.
• Demonstrated API design and implementation, advanced database skills (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, normalization).
• Experience across CI/CD pipelines (EKS, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Udeploy, Artifactory, Terraform, Stash).
• Familiar with observability and monitoring using Splunk and Datadog.
• Prior experience supporting Agile Scrum teams in fintech or brokerage domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise web and middle-tier applications.
• Work in an Agile Scrum environment to deliver financial software used by Advisors and clients.
• Collaborate across teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain deployment automation.
