About the Role

Concord is looking for aSenior Java Developerto join one of our international projects. This is a hands-on technical role for someone with strong backend development experience and a solid understanding ofcloud-native applicationsandmicroservices architecture. You will be working closely with global teams to design and build scalable solutions deployed onGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP).

Please note: this role requires a fluent level of English, as you’ll be collaborating daily with distributed teams and participating in meetings with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems usingJavaandSpring Boot
• Build and manageRESTful APIsandmicroservices
• Deploy and manage containerized applications usingDocker
• Integrate and optimize services in theGCPenvironment
• Write efficient SQL queries and manage database schemas inPostgreSQL
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners to ensure end-to-end delivery
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and maintain high-quality coding standards
• Support CI/CD processes and help troubleshoot production issues when necessary

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack Java developer
• Strong hands-on experience withJava 8+andSpring Boot
• Solid understanding ofmicroservices architecture
• Experience working withDockerin development and production environments
• Proven experience deploying applications toGCPor other cloud platforms
• Good command ofPostgreSQL(schema design, performance tuning, queries)
• Fluent English(both written and spoken) is required
• Comfortable working in Agile, remote-first environments
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
