Job summary

Northern Base is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design and implement enterprise-grade microservices in a production environment. The role is onsite in New Castle, DE; Jersey City, NJ; and Tampa, FL, and requires deep expertise in Java, Spring, Kafka, OpenShift, and cloud patterns.

Ideal candidates have 8–14 years of hands-on experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, data modeling in MongoDB, and strong focus on performance, resiliency, and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of enterprise Java microservices development.
• Experience with Kafka-based messaging and event-driven architectures.
