Job summary

Accesa, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design and develop Java-based microservices. You will build scalable, performant services and collaborate with DevOps to deploy them with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities include code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring junior developers while keeping pace with modern development practices and AI-assisted tools. Strong English skills are required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful microservices.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (Jenkins).
