Incedo Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on Apache Kafka expertise to join a high‑volume, event‑driven microservices team.

You will design and build scalable backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines in a collaborative enterprise environment. The role requires 10+ years of hands-on Java backend development, proficiency with Kafka producers/consumers, topics, partitions, and cloud-agnostic tooling.

Competenze

• 7+ years of hands-on Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8+, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and REST APIs.
• Extensive experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience building microservices and distributed applications.
• Strong SQL and database development experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
