Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Strong Java development with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices and Kafka / event streaming.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication and design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and integrations with scalable, secure architectures.
• Ensure performance, reliability and security; write clean, testable code and reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other engineers; participate in reviews and planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
