Qualifications

• 15+ years in backend software development with leadership focus.
• Extensive experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP and distributed systems design.
• Strong database design with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of complex backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Develop strategies for high availability, scalability, and security of backend applications.
• Serve as technical authority for backend architecture and code quality standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and middleware for enterprise applications.
• Architect cloud-native systems on AWS/Azure/GCP with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure integrity of architecture across the SDLC from inception to deployment.
• Drive CI/CD adoption to enable faster, reliable releases.
• Refactor for performance and maintainability, mentor engineering teams.
