Job summary

Qualifications

9+ years of hands-on Java development in distributed systems.
Strong proficiency with Java and modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring JPA, REST APIs).
Experience with microservices architectures, cloud concepts, and test-driven development (TDD).
Secure coding practices and designing for high availability.

Responsibilities

Act as a senior hands-on developer across multiple complex application initiatives.
Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications and components.
Provide advanced troubleshooting for performance and system issues.
Design, implement, and support system enhancements and modernization efforts.
Research, evaluate, and implement performance monitoring and scalability improvements.
Drive the development of automated test suites and quality assurance practices.
Mentor and guide associate and mid-level developers.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
