Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience with 5+ years in technical/engineering management.
• Experience leading large engineering teams (50-100 members).
• Strong customer-facing, solutioning, and delivery governance skills.
• Proven experience in Banking and Financial Services domain.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural and technical leadership for enterprise-grade applications built using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, GoLang, AWS Lambda, and Terraform.
• Drive API-first, event-driven, and cloud-native architecture adoption.
• Establish engineering standards, secure coding practices, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
• Oversee solution design reviews, performance optimization, scalability, resiliency, and production readiness.
• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple banking technology initiatives.
• Lead solutioning discussions, technical workshops, estimations, and strategic roadmap planning.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and technology teams.
